We work with an extremely diverse range of clients, from sole traders to medium sized business across a variety of industries – from plumbers, electricians and builders, to architects, finance, insurance, hospitality, health care – and many more.

One way we get involved in the regional business community is to host Business After 4 events for local owners and professionals, who like to stay one step ahead of the crowd, connect with other like-minded entrepreneurs and develop their knowledge base.

We like to get stuck in at local industry events too, like the Heald Farm Field Day in Norsewood, where we enjoyed having firsthand experience of the unique processes driving the development and growth of an amazing, 170-hectare organic farm.

Or there’s our visit to Growtech, where we learned more about the incredible Kiwifruit industry that benefits so many here in Napier, where horticulture is such a big part of what drives our region’s economy, and where we’re looking to find more growth in the future.

Our people also compete in local, and even national events, like Client Manager Minette Baillie who has competed in HYROX Auckland, proving her discipline, commitment and consistency stretches far beyond her work – we can’t take the credit! But we like to think that she’s a testament to our team, and how we like to operate.

We’re part of the Hawke’s Bay Chamber of Commerce, and regularly attend the Hawke’s Bay Business Awards. Various clients working with us in the advisory space – including Brittin Builders and Kahu Scaffolding – have won awards at this prestigious event, and we’re proud that our ongoing advice and support has helped with their continued success.

Several of our team have also been actively involved in the She Leads series, including taking MC roles, and we regularly team up with local businesses to host events, by partnering with and supporting Vesta Finance.

Members of our team also sit on several local boards, helping ensure we collectively have our finger on the pulse of what’s happening in the region.

And we love to get out and play a little too, whether it’s spending time in the Elephant Hill Winery as a team, or just getting out into the stunning Napier region we call home.
